Mt. Beljica - Glacier View Wilderness Friday, February 2nd, 2007 We took a nice 10 mile overnight ski. The best part is that it is only about 2 miles from our house. The Glacier View Wilderness is one of the nicest "side shows" at Mt. Rainier. In fact, I like it better than going into the park because there are less people and it isn't quite as well explored!

Skiing up Copper Creek Rd. We were surprised to have automobile tracks all the way up to 4600 feet!
A nice view of the Tahoma Glacier from the road on the way in.
In Beljica Meadows there is a great place to camp.
With a wide open view of the meadow and Mt. Beljica.
